*Ahem*

Question: what is the strangest thing you have ever used for a bookmark? You know, those times when you really needed to mark your place but only something weird was handy.

My answer: This is sort of embarrassing, but what the heck. I'm currently using the little paper off the wing of a pad to mark my place in An Interrupted Life.

So, how about you? ^_^

Lol, the wing of a pad. Now that's funny. I'm using a strip torn off a bandanna. I really need more bookmarks.

I find my weekly grocery receipts make most excellent bookmarks. They are just the right length and very wide.

I normally use the reciept I get from the library. Berkeley Rep. Theatre has been giving out bookmarks for each of their plays for a few years I, I often use those. I also use postcards and boarding passes when travelling. My Deutchesbahn Rail Pass was a terrific bookmark.

Fun question.

lol. Well, I've never done that, but I have actually used my bra (I wasn't wearing it at the time, in case you were wondering). My ten year old constantly leaves his books lying around without bookmarks which drives me nuts. He doesn't ever seem to forget where he's at, whereas I...apparently need unmentionables to remind me.
